I was playing as commando but I was using artifact of command and managed to get a couple hoppo feathers and made it back over there

Ok so if this is a real problem there is a quick fix friend the user and get him to join back ( if your escaping the moon you may be fucked )

you can just jump towards the arena, this worked with my friend who was the commando. He just jumped once and tapped shift and was placed on the boost platform.
