In order to get the descriptions in game you have to copy the contents of the following links and open, select all then paste into the respective files in <Steam path>\steamapps\common\Risk of Rain 2\Risk of Rain 2_Data\StreamingAssets\Language\en

items.txt https://pastebin.com/DJUwWrEV
Equipment.txt https://pastebin.com/H5D7pTgg

Save those files and boot the game

That's it! Hope it helps you during your journey through the game!

You have to mod the game for that kind of results (assuming this kind of mod exists), this is like a "translation" for the game

Is there a way to make this work for the Artifact of Command UI?
Currently there are no descriptions for items when using that artifact...
