I tinkered some settings in the Nvidia Game Filter to fill the game with more vibrancy.

In game Sky UI: Version 5.2 SE. SKSE's version is 2.0.17

yeah, well, thanks haha I do that all the time, but I get a sort of "error message" that says that I must install SKSE or update it. I got the newest version for SE, though. At least that's what I think I have, I took it from the original page of SKSE. I'd be really thankful if you could share the link of the version that you have so that I can try it as well :'D Btw, I use Vortex/Nexus Manager to install SkyUI, did you do that as well?

Once u install skyui make sure to not launch the game from steam or the pre-existing desktop shortcut. Head over to the directory and run skse64_loader. This will start the skse and ur skyui will work. Just remember that you'll have to start your game this way all the time.
