It's small arms race map, I recommend it to 2-12 players. Map is very detailed and it includes custom textures, models and even custom music. Layout has house with patio, built-in garage, grilling area and tools shed. House includes kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Area is limited with cliffs and water where rocks guide you the limits of map.

TIP: To play arms race; type these to your console: game_mode 0 and game_type 1
Then restart map with command; map ar_shoreline
