You need to dodge a lot and later in game you'll kill everything before they know you're there.

How do you survive with the cloth armor builds? I'm getting 1 shotted. I wish i had put 1 in str for at least leather armor.

There is a lot of basic information that you've not included. For example: right clicking wildberries in inventory restores health. Considering how little knowledge that I'm starting with, a little more 'assume that you know' information would have been helpful. Hence, I've started a guide for those of us familiar with other types of games other than 'open world'.
