dm_backbone is a medium-sized indoor map by the widely-respected Italian mapper Germano "Uoz" Guerrini. It is composed of a few of chambers and the tunnels connecting them. Heavily featuring verticality, fires, pillars, explosive props, and catwalks, most combat will take place at mid- to close- range.

No custom content is needed for this map, necessary assets are packed into the BSP.
This map does not have HDR.
A navmesh and node graph are included with the addon. They have not been tested, however.
Skybox is taken from DoD:S.

Modifications and additions include:
- Stair clipping.
- 2 T traps, one consisting of a battery that, when triggered and placed in the water, electrifies it.
- Bonus optimization.
- Lots of spawns, guns, nades, and ammo.
- New skybox.
- The removal of the dust motes.
