I've not touched the map files in over a week, currently busy on a college course so I've not been looking into things. I'm going to port over to a new modkit once the new zombies modkit is out and I've got the free time and rest.

little update from me here:
so now YOU CAN surpass round 9, but you are going to get stuck on round 13.
don't know if you have updated it since, but that's as far as I've gotten.. :D

Oddly enough, I hopped in to test it, once, last night. We got to round 31 before it locked up again. At this point I've no clue what's going on anymore.

This is indeed an awesome map. It's optimize, small and simple, which is the way to go.
The one problem is what you basically stated in the description, you can't go past round 9...
hopefully you'll get that fixed sooner or later, but overall a good map. :D
