This is a new hi-res texture replacement for the mountains in Skyrim. It was built upon the original look, but I went and added loads of awesome texture to get a dark and gritty appearance. These textures are 4k in resolution and will affect your performance by at least 1-3 fps, this performance loss will depend mostly on your computer. This mod is NOT compatible with other mountain texture replacers, but mods such as Better Dynamic Snow will work fine.

Great mod, still works and doesnt seem to break. Now whenever I Skyrim up the throat of the world I don't have to keep looking at ugly mountains and have these great textures instead

Dig the look of it, had BDS installed worked fine with no issues, thanks.

btw, if you use MLAA fine pattern on the rocks can create light shimmer, can be distracting when you move around, turned it off and shimmer went away but I love MLAA:(
