Mostly we almost counter some random dude with low trust factor in our party, no need kick my friend, the reason why he low not because he cheating or using some exploit to get a money...
it because :
1) his/her steam profile
i always countered some random guys with low trust factor hanging with his/her account with level 0 or have no any information details in his profile

2)getting report by his fellow teammates
this is effect not to significant, but when you getting report by other teammates or eve your teammates, CSGO system will count you as part of negative member of CSGO

3) poor quality of gameplay
from Official Counter Strike Blog , poor quality gameplay will effect your trust factor, form my opinion it on how your gameplay, friendly fire, and connection issue

it depend from you, fix step-by-step and you will recive your good trust factor

1) fill your steam profile information
by filling your name, city, and complete some achivment from steam itself will help you forward to positive member of community

2) commend someone frequently and don't report people like trowing dart
by commending people online will helping CSGO community to be a better place, and before you report someone... please don't take a short guess he cheating or not... remember "Hey, sometimes your opponent is just having a really good day"

3) practice more, less competitive
this is from my deepest opinion, if you get angry because losing and find a match again... you will lose again, don't blame other people because last game you lose, blame first yourself like "why im not doing A instead B" or "why i cant kill the camper".... by practice from workshop map will make you better at the gameplay...

and pstt.. if you writing a guide, make some feedback or even reviewing workshop map, you will get your trust factor too

- even if you get a prime status, the prime wont make you a quality trust factor.... by adding phone number on steam will make your trust factor skyrocketing like ELON MUSK

- if you are a DOTA 2 Player, MMR with phone number also count to bost CSGO trust factor because HEY WE WORSHIPPING SAME GUY LORD GABEN ALMIGHTY, dota 2 now dead please fix it, i no logger having fun in dota, i love dota since 2013 but why you give us this update.... please give me back techies with spam mines in same place

-making an art or just uploding screenshot of your gameplay will make some little boost too
