Witch Doctor is a great hero for those who love playing support but also want to get into the action.

His stun skill is ridiculously good, will frustrate the hell out of the enemies, save you from ganks and act a great initiator for teamfights.

His ultimate (Death Ward) dishes out crazy amounts of damage per second early game and once upgraded late game is formidable in teamfights. Witch Doctor also has access to a game-changing damage amplify spell (Maledict) and access to an effective and steady heal.
