Press & hold Left OR Right on the Dpad

That's literally it.
Hold left to go the previous song or to replay the current one, hold right to skip to the next one.

Surprisingly this works everywhere, in-game, while loading, in the character creator maybe not in the main menu tho.

Almost forgot this game had music. I put it on mute since day one. Usually just load my own music up.
