My New Life
Reach Spring of Year 2.

• Self-explanatory. You will naturally unlock this as soon as you hit Spring 1 of Year 2. If you're going for 100% completion, this will easily be achieved before you have to worry about grinding a lot of other things.
  
• That being said, if you're rushing through the game solely to complete achievements, you can constantly wake up and go to bed for as many days/weeks/months/years that you see fit.

Farm Life Forever
Reach Spring of Year 3.

• Same as above, except you need to hit Spring 1 of Year 3.
  
• Again, you can let this naturally happen or speed up the process by sleeping.

Agriculture, I Am Thy King
Reach Spring of Year 5.

• Same as above, except you need to hit Spring 1 of Year 5.
  
• Year 4 does not have an achievement.
  
• It's likely that you will finish most of the other achievements by your 3rd or 4th year, so you may want to speed up this process by sleeping if it's one of the last ones to pop. Of course, you don't have to and you can continue to leisurely play at a pace that you enjoy.
  
• This is the last achievement related to the years, but you can continue to play for as long as you want. There is no real ending, and it's not like you're forced to be done once you hit the fifth year.

A Comfortable Living
Have a total of 50,000G at once.

• Take note that the achievement specifies that you need to have this much gold on you at one time; it is not cumulative.
  
• 50k seems like quite a bit once you're first starting out, but there are many tricks to gain money quickly.
  
• Personally, I bet on the Spring 18 horse derby and was able to amass ~150k in one day.
  
• Other ways to make money include raising and shipping crops, animal products (cow milk/chicken eggs/etc.), selling items you forage, selling mats like lumber or material stone, the list goes on and on.

Time to Start Investing
Have a total of 100,000G at once.

• Same as above, except you need to have 100k at one time.
  
• Like the previous achievement, this shouldn't be very difficulty to achieve by simply playing the game. Of course you won't start off making hundreds of thousands every day, but you'll be raking in money once your crops grow and your animals love you more (which results in them giving better quality products).
  
• Animals don't die in this version of FOMT, so you don't have to worry about losing profit from their products. As long as you feed your animals every day by letting them graze or hand-feeding them food/fodder from PoPoultry/Yodel Ranch, they will lay eggs and provide milk every day. Angora rabbits, alpacas, and sheep regrow their fur every 5 days, 7 days, and 7 days, respectively.

Now I Can Retire Early
Have a total of 5,000,000G at once.

• Same as above, except you need to have 5mil at one time.
  
• 5mil in this game is nothing to sneeze at. It would take quite awhile to earn this much money from just shipping a ton of different things.
  
• You can utilize the horse derby method to earning a good chunk of money a couple times per year. There are two derbies held every Spring 18 and Autumn 18. Some people may view this as an exploit since you're basically saving and reloading a bunch in order to have RNG favor you, but you can choose to do this if you wish: https://vynli.com/story-of-seasons-friends-of-mineral-town-earning-2000000g-through-horse-racing/
  
• Another easy 1mil involves befriending Huang and playing his apple game. This is easy but tedious, because you essentially need to whip out your phone and record each game (10 rounds) unless you have an insanely good memory. If you win 10 games (100 rounds), you can gift the Goddess the 10 White Flowers he gives you. In return, she will give you the Goddess Flower, which you cannot ship but you can sell to Huang for 1mil. You will need Huang to be at 6 music notes of friendship before you can play the apple game.
  
• The most profitable crops per season are Strawberry* and Cabbage in Spring, Pineapple in Summer, and Green Pepper in Autumn.

* Strawberry seeds won't be sold until you ship at least 100 Turnips, 100 Potatoes, and 100 Cucumbers.

A Full House
Renovate your house twice.

• You need to obtain this achievement before you can purchase the Large Bed and subsequently propose marriage.
  
• Renovations are purchased from Gotts at his Workshop, which is open every day except Saturday and festival days from 11 AM - 4 PM.
  
• Slightly Bigger House requires 3,000G, 150 Lumber, and 50 Material Stone. This renovation takes 3 days to complete. You can get your own mats by chopping branches/stumps and hitting rocks/boulders, or you can buy them directly from Gotts.
  
• Big House requires 10,000G, 600 Lumber, and 250 Material Stone. This renovation takes 3 days to complete. You can get your own mats by chopping branches/stumps and hitting rocks/boulders, or you can buy them directly from Gotts.

I Choose You!
Successfully confess to every romance option before marriage.

• This achievement will unlock once you get married, not as soon as you make the last confession.
  
• The special bachelors and bachelorette (Gourmet/Bon Vivant, Huang, Kappa, Harvest Goddess) are not required to romance.
  
• There are no repercussions to dating multiple people at once.
  
• Confessing means you have offer a Preserved Flower to the bachelor/bachelorette in question. In order for them to accept to be your boyfriend/girlfriend, you must have a green heart (30,000+ LP) or higher with them and you have to have triggered their heart events up to that point (Intro - 0+ LP/Black - 5,000+ LP/Purple - 10,000+ LP/Blue - 20,000+ LP).
  
• You receive one free Preserved Flower from Jeff after you have already triggered at least one Blue heart event. You can buy more for 1,000G each the at the General Store afterwards.
  
• If the person you're showing the flower to merely comments on it but nothing else happens, you haven't hit the requirements with them yet. You'll know you've succeeded if they react and you teleport to your house to have a conversation about your new relationship status.
  
• Available bachelors are: Brandon, Cliff*, Doctor, Gray, Kai*, and Rick.
  
• Available bachelorettes are: Elly, Jennifer, Karen, Marie, Popuri, and Ran.

* Cliff: You must accept Duke's offer of a part-time job at his winery on August 14. He will mention that you should ask "that guy who always goes to the church", which is Cliff. This is required to keep Cliff in the game and thus be able to see his Black/Purple/Blue heart events. If you don't do this, Cliff will leave Mineral Town on Winter 29 of Year 1, and he won't show up again until Spring 29 in Year 2.

* Kai: He is only available in Summer. If you're good at gifting/talking nearly every day, you will be able to confess to him before he leaves in Autumn. If not, you will need to wait until Summer of Year 2.

Happiness is Eternal
Get married.

• Upgrade your house two times at Gotts' Workshop-- Slightly Bigger House then Big House
  
• Buy a Large Bed from Gotts' Workshop; available after you've upgraded your house twice
  
• Have your to-be spouse at a red heart (60,000+ LP)
  
• See all of your to-be spouse's heart events, from intro all the way to red
  
• Buy a Blue Feather for 1,000G from the General Store; available after you've triggered at least one Orange heart event
  
• Once accepted, your marriage will take place 7 days after the proposal, unless a festival occurs; in that case, the wedding would happen on the day after said festival
  
• If you confessed to every non-special bachelor and bachelorette, both achievements should pop after your wedding

You will start off with a normal Coop and Barn on your farm. The Coop holds up to 4 chickens/rabbits and the Barn holds up to 8 cows/alpacas/sheep. Upgrading your Coop will increase the cap to 8 and will add a pregnancy bin for rabbits. Upgrading your Barn will increase the cap to 16 and will add 1 pregnancy bin (for a total of 2). If you want to quickly obtain the "master" achievements, you can save, buy 4x or 8x of the animal you need, then simply reload the earlier save. Rinse and repeat.

PoPoultry is open every day except Sunday and festival days, from 11 AM - 4 PM.
Yodel Ranch is open every day except Monday and festival days, from 10 AM - 3 PM.

Master Chicken Keeper
Own at least 4 chickens.

• You can either buy the chickens from PoPoultry for 1,500G or incubate chicks from eggs.
  
• There are no differences between Chicken and Brown Chicken except for the color.

Master Rabbit Keeper
Own at least 4 Angora rabbits.

• You can buy the angora rabbits from PoPoultry for 3,000G. If you want to breed (necessary for other achievements and festival wins), be sure to buy Rabbit Breeding Kit from PoPoultry for 2,000G.

Master Alpaca Rancher
Own at least 8 alpacas.

• You can buy the alpacas from Yodel Ranch for 4,000G. If you want to breed (necessary for other achievements and festival wins), be sure to buy Alpaca Breeding Kit from Yodel Ranch for 3,000G.

Master Cow Rancher
Own at least 8 cows.

• You can buy the normal cows (calves) from Yodel Ranch for 5,000G. You can buy Coffee Calf, Fruit Calf, and Strawberry Calf for 10,000G. If you want to breed (necessary for other achievements and festival wins), be sure to buy Cow Breeding Kit from Yodel Ranch for 3,000G.
  
• Unlike the chicken colors, cow colors do matter-- normal cows produce normal milk, which can be used for cooking. The coffee, fruit, and strawberry milk can only be consumed, given as a gift, or shipped.
  
• In my opinion, it's more beneficial to own more normal cows for that very reason, but by no means do you have to do that.

Master Sheep Rancher
Own at least 8 sheep.

• You can buy the sheep from Yodel Ranch for 4,000G. If you want to breed (necessary for other achievements and festival wins), be sure to buy Sheep Breeding Kit from Yodel Ranch for 3,000G.

Why Pick Only One?
Own at least one of every livestock type.

• Simply buy one of each animal listed in the above achievements. You do not need both colors of chickens, but you do need to have at least one of each cow type.

Master Breeder
Breed at least one of every livestock type.

• Oddly enough, you do not need to breed one of each cow type. As long as you hatch an egg and have one alpaca, one cow, and one sheep give birth, you will unlock this achievement.
  
• Breeding is a simple, albeit timely, process. You stand next to the animal and use a breeding kit on it. The animal must be an adult and must not be milked that day (cows) or sheared that day (alpacas and sheep). Chickens are bred by incubating an egg.
  
• Chicken eggs will hatch after 3 days, making it the quickest and simplest animal to breed by far.
  
• Angora rabbits are pregnant for 5 days.
  
• Alpacas, cows, and sheep pregnancies all last a whopping 21 days.
  
• Remember to feed the soon-to-be mamas, or their pregnancy will be extended!
  
• Pregnant animals won't go outside to graze, so you need to either hand-feed them or place the food in the designated pregnancy food bins.

Solomon's Ring
Own 5 pets.

• This will most likely be one of the last achievements you obtain. Again, while not being a particularly hard endeavor, it sure is a lengthy one.
  
• You must offer at least 30 gifts (one per day) to the Harvest Goddess in her spring before you will unlock Van the pet vendor. Thankfully, she's a fan of flowers, so it's just a matter of remembering to forage a flower and pop over to her every day. To be on the safe side, save some extras in case you still need to hit the 30 gift mark in Winter where there are no flowers to forage. The gifts do not have to be consecutive, so don't worry if you forget a day or two.
  
• Once you've offered the 30 gifts, you might need to save scum due to weather, because Van will only appear on the 15th of each season if it's sunny. Rain, storms, and even light snowfall will all prevent him from being there for that season.
  
• Each season has a different breed available: Cat in Spring (20,000G), Penguin in Summer (30,000G), Dog in Autumn (10,000G or 20,000G), and Capybara in Winter (30,000G).
  
• The reason this will take awhile is because you can't own another pet until your previous one is at 8 hearts of friendship. You earn 1 LP each day for talking to your pet, 1 LP each day for whistling to your pet and having it walk to you, and 1 LP each day for feeding your pet a treat. 8 hearts of friendship is equivalent to 200 LP, so you can see why this is such a time-consuming process.
  
• The achievement doesn't require you to own each type of pet, so if you want multiple, you're free to do so. But just remember that this would mean you would have to end up waiting for that specific season across numerous years.
  
• You can buy the ball or frisbee to play fetch with your pet, but for some reason that doesn't affect their LP. It will, however, be good training for the Fetch Fest on Summer 1.

Receive a free fishing rod by visiting Zack's house at the beach on any non-festival day between 10 AM - 3 PM. You need to have an empty slot in your tool pocket in order to obtain the fishing rod that he offers to you.

The six main fishing spots are:

1. Beach - Ocean
   
2. Mother's Hill - Goddess Spring/Waterfall
   
3. Mother's Hill - Lake
   
4. Mother's Hill - Upstream River
   
5. Below Your Farm/PoPoultry/Yodel Ranch - Downstream River
   
6. Secret Forest - Pond

The two "special" fishing spots that only contain guardian fish are:

1. Mother's Hill - Hot Spring
   
2. Lake Mine - B9F, Underground Lake

Grade-A Fisher
Catch 10 different types of fish.

• Simply catch at least 10 different fish. This is possible with any fishing rod at the base charge level.

Master Angler
Catch 50 different types of fish.

• There are 50 normal fish in the game. In order to obtain this achievement, you must upgrade your fishing rod to at least level 5 (mithril). You have to cast at certain charge levels in order to catch most of the fish. For reference, charge levels and fishing rod tool levels are 1 (cheap), 2 (copper), 3 (silver), 4 (gold), 5 (mithril), 6 (cursed or blessed), and 7 (mythic).

Caught the Guardians
Catch every type of fish.

• On top of the 50 normal fish, there are 7 guardian fish that require you to have a level 6 (cursed or blessed) or level 7 (mythic) fishing rod, as well as completing some other prerequisites. Don't be concerned when you throw the fish back into the water; this is supposed to happen. The fish will be logged in the Fishing Log in your house's bookshelf, so you can keep track of which guardians you've caught.

* The two Crucian Carps are not a mistake, for some reason there are two of them.

First and foremost, you cannot begin cooking until your house becomes equipped with a kitchen, which will happen after you purchase the first house upgrade from Gotts. The kitchen comes with 2 recipes: Sashimi and Zaru Soba.

Not only will you need to have a kitchen and gather the remaining 118 recipes, you also need cooking utensils. These utensils become available from the General Shop after your house is upgraded once. It will take you a few seasons to obtain all of these because, aside from the Seasoning Set which is available the same day your house is upgraded, the rest of the utensils will all unlock 10 days after you purchase the previous one. There are a total of 8 cooking utensils.

Jeff sends you mail to let you know when a new utensil is in stock.

There is no possible way to skip utensils; they will be stocked in the order of Seasoning Set (2,500G) > 10 days > Cooking Pot (1,000G) > 10 days > Frying Pan (1,200G) > 10 days > Knife (1,500G) > 10 days > Oven (2,500G) > 10 days > Rolling Pin (750G) > 10 days > Mixer (1,200G) > 10 days > Whisk (500G). Remember that the General Store is closed on Sunday, Tuesday, and festival days.

The main ways to learn recipes are:

1. Watching TV: The Tasty Time TV Show airs every Tuesday on the Entertainment channel. On Spring 5 of Year 2+, there will be a special New Year show that will teach you a recipe.
   
2. Becoming friends with certain people: Once you hit 4 music notes of friendship with a certain someone, give them a liked or loved gift and they will teach you a recipe. This applies to Harris, Gotts, Ellen, Basil, Doctor, Carter, Kai, Nature Sprite Cherry, Lillia, Dudley, Sasha, Mugi, Zack, Saibara, and Manna.
   
3. Becoming inspired: Inspiration will strike after you use certain ingredients a specific amount of times. For example, if you use Udon three times while cooking, your character will have an aha! moment and realize hey, I can use Udon to make some tasty Tempura Udon! When it comes to inspiration, you're free to cook different dishes or just a bunch of the same. As long as you're using the required number of ingredients listed, you'll become inspired.
   
4. Learning from Lou: Remember how you needed to offer the Harvest Goddess 30 gifts in order to unlock Van the pet vendor? I hope you kept up that habit, because Lou won't appear in Mineral Town until you have offered at least 75 gifts to the Goddess. After offering that amount of gifts, Lou will show up at your house on a sunny Sunday once you walk outside. She introduces herself and lets you know that she will stop by every Sunday and stay at the Inn. Pop in and talk to her to learn a recipe. Lou has a catch, though-- you need to know certain recipes before she will teach you all of hers. I'll include a list underneath the Bon Vivant's Successor section below.
   
5. Anna's Cooking Class: After hitting 8 music notes of friendship with Anna, entering her house on a sunny Saturday between 10:30 AM - 1 PM will trigger an event in which she and Manna are discussing desserts and how to make them. Tell them you're interested and Anna will then act as a dessert teacher for you and Manna. Visiting on the same conditions (sunny, Saturday, 10:30 AM - 1 PM) throughout the seasons/years will earn you 5 recipes. You do not have to visit 5 consecutive weeks. Weather and festivals can interrupt this set of events, so don't worry, the game doesn't lock you out of these recipes. ^_^

• There are also 2 recipes gained by special means. Ketchup is learned by digging up the Tomatosetta Stone on BF255 of the Spring Mine. French Fries is (are?) learned by fishing up a bottle from the Ocean; you must have a mithril fishing rod and it can only be caught during Spring.

I Cooked and Didn't Burn It!
Cook 10 different kinds of dishes.

• All that being said, you only really need 1 or 2 utensils to cook up 10 different meals. This achievement can be obtained fairly early on, provided you're watching TV every Tuesday and starting to befriend some people.

Home Cooking is My Hobby
Cook 50 different kinds of dishes.

• 50 dishes is a little less than half of all available dishes. This may still seem daunting, but a good chunk of recipes have simple ingredients that are available year-round at the General Store.
  
• If you haven't already done so, go ahead and buy a Fridge/Big Fridge from Gotts. Each season, be sure to grow at least one 3x3 plot of each crop and stick a few in there for future use. Freshness mattered in some Harvest Moon games in the past, but that's not an issue in FOMT!

Bon Vivant's Successor
Cook every kind of dish.

• There are a total of 120 recipes. Only 2 come with the kitchen, so you will need to obtain the other 118. You will need every cooking utensil and a whole bunch of different ingredients in order to cook at least one of everything.
  
• As mentioned earlier, Lou works in a different sort of way; you have to know and cook 10 specific recipes if you hope to learn the 10 recipes that she has to offer.

• Zaru Soba: This is 1 of the 2 recipes that come with the kitchen, so you already know this :)
  
• Mixed Juice: Learned from Doctor once he has 4 music notes of friendship
  
• Tamagoyaki: Learned from Lillia once she has 4 music notes of friendship
  
• Chocolate Cookies: Learned from Sasha once she has 4 music notes of friendship
  
• Popcorn: Learned from Kai once he has 4 music notes of friendship
  
• Bamboo Rice: Inspired once you use Onigiri one time in a dish
  
• Curry Rice: Inspired once you use Onigiri 5 times in dishes
  
• Caffeine: Inspired once you use Honey 20 times in dishes
  
• Miso Soup: Inspired once you use Medium Fish 5 times in dishes and you use Onion 10 times in dishes
  
• Mayonnaise (L): Inspired once you use Good Egg 13 times in dishes; note that you need to have the cooking recipe, Mayonnaise processed in the maker will not work for Lou

Home Cooking Tastes Best
Eat at least one of every type of dish you can make.

• This includes everything under the Cooking Recipes besides the 4 Suns, as those are not edible. You need to "cook" them to obtain Bon Vivant's Successor, but since you're unable to eat them, you don't need to have them for this achievement.

Spring Sun, Summer Sun, Autumn Sun, and Winter Sun don't really serve a purpose other than being more grindy lists of things to collect before you can finish your recipe book.

Spring Sun requires Moondrop Flower + Pink Cat Flower + Blue Magic Red Flower + True Magic Red Flower + Toy Flower + Sunsweet Flower. Most of these flowers can easily be foraged or grown in their respective months, except for the True Magic Red Flower. In order to obtain one of these, you need to get lucky while growing Blue Magic Red Flower seeds (600G at Huang's Shop located in Zack's House). While the seeds can be purchased year-round, this flower can only be grown in Autumn. There is a measly 5% chance for it to sprout instead as a True Magic Red Flower as opposed to a Blue Magic Red Flower.

Summer Sun requires Small Fish + Medium Fish + Large Fish + Pirate Treasure + Ancient Fossil. The different sizes of fish can be caught easily, as long as you're remembering to upgrade your fishing rod. Pirate Treasure and Ancient Fossil, however, can only be caught once your fishing rod is at least level 6 (cursed/blessed). Pirate Treasure can only be caught in Summer, and Ancient Fossil can only be caught in Autumn. Both are located in the Ocean in their respective seasons. You're able to fish up multiples of these items, so feel free to sell any duplicates, but remember to save one of each so you can craft the Summer Sun!

Autumn Sun requires X Egg + Mayonnaise (X) + Milk (X) + Cheese (X) + Wool (X) + Yarn (X). High-level animal byproducts in this iteration of FOMT work differently than before. Instead of buying an animal and giving it daily food/love/etc., you need to actively breed animals over and over to increase their heart cap. Animals will by default only have a 5 heart cap, making Medium (M)/Good the highest quality byproducts they will give. You will need to use a pregnancy kit and wait for them to give birth. Once their child is born, they will have a 6 heart cap. Wait for them to grow up and impregnate them when applicable. That animal will then give birth to a baby with a 7 heart cap. Repeat the process until a baby with 10 hearts is born. When breeding chickens, be sure to incubate an egg once you have an adult chicken with the extra heart(s).

Winter Sun requires Moonstone + Sandrose + Pink Diamond + Alexandrite + Mythic Ore + Diamond + Emerald. Most of the ores will pop up when you delve into the Lake Mine in Winter. You may have to grind for Pink Diamond and Alexandrite a bit, as they're on the rarer side. Mythic Ore, on the other hand, is definitely going to be a pain to obtain. Mythic Ore won't spawn until you have blessed all of the cursed tools. To obtain all of the cursed tools, you need to first level up all of your tools to level 5 (mithril). Once you've completed that requirement, you have to put more work in by searching in the Lake Mine in Winter on specific floors for each tool. Cursed tools don't always spawn, so you will more than likely need to save scum if you want to grab them all in a minimal amount of runs.

If you accidentally equipped a cursed tool, be aware that it's quite literally a curse and you'll be stuck with it as your equipped tool. The only way to reverse this curse is to go to Church and confess to Carter, telling him that you need to unequip a cursed tool. This costs 1,000G. Carter is available to receive confession on Monday and Wednesday from 1 PM - 4 PM, and if it's rainy or snowy, he will be there at the same time on whichever day that happens to be.

Each set of cursed tools has different requirements in order to bless them.

• Cursed Hoe and Cursed Watering Can: Pay Carter 1,000G to bless each tool 5 times
  
• Cursed Sickle and Cursed Hammer: Keep each tool equipped for 5 days in a row (keep in mind that you won't be able to use any other tool during these 10 days, so plan accordingly by hiring Nature Sprites to tend your crops and animals)
  
• Cursed Axe and Cursed Fishing Rod: Swing each tool 50 times-- this will take a TON of stamina since, you know, these things are cursed, so be sure to pop into the hot spring or have food/medicine ready

Once you have every tool at level 6 (blessed), Mythic Ore will spawn in the Spring Mine on floors 60, 102, 123, 152, 155, 171, 190, 202, 222, and 231 through 255. Finally, you can cook up the Winter Sun!

These are 2 different mines you can explore:

• The Spring Mine, aptly named because it's the mine right next to the Goddess Spring and the hot spring, is available year-round. The mine mainly consists of different ores used to level up your tools.
  
• The Lake Mine, also named due to its location being the lake on Mother's Hill, is only available in Winter. The lake will freeze over in Winter, and you'll be able to walk (or ride your horse) to the entrance.
  
• Both mines have the same number of floors: 255.
  
• To navigate the floors, you need to dig around in the dirt with the hoe in order to uncover a ladder leading down to the next level.
  
• While the ladder spawn is mostly random, know that it will never spawn within 8 units of the previous ladder, and it will also never spawn on the outer border. Ladders tend to spawn somewhat closely to the previous ladder and not under a rock, but it's certainly not impossible for it to spawn pretty far away and/or under a rock.
  
• Sometimes, you will encounter pitfalls. Pitfalls will drop you down a random amount of levels between 1 and 5, and you will lose Stamina based on how many levels you fall down.
  
• The original FOMT mine had dead ends, but this version does not, so you don't have to worry about running into one. As long as you have enough Stamina to keep digging and smashing rocks, you will be able to progress
  
• Speaking of Stamina, be sure to keep some food and/or medicine on you! Even once you have access to the fast-travel elevator, it can still be tedious to go down to the next level checkpoint. Udon is a super easy and cheap food to cook, and it restores 40 Stamina once eaten. Udon's recipe can be learned from the Tasty Time TV Show, it requires the cooking utensils Rolling Pin, Pot, and Knife and Wheat Flour is its only ingredient. Stamina Boosters bought from Elly at the Clinic at 500G each restore 50 Stamina once eaten.
  
• Once entering a floor, the ladder spawn will be the same. If you want to utilize save scumming, save as soon as you get to the next level. Search around for the ladder. Once you find out where it is, remember that location then reload your save, heading right to the same spot. By no means do you have to do this, it's just another way to conserve Stamina.
  
• Offering 100 gifts to the Harvest Goddess will grant you access to a nifty elevator*. The elevator allows you to travel in increments of 50 floors once you have reached them at least once before (50 > 100 > 150 > 200 > 225). You cannot travel to floor 250 since 225 is the deepest that the elevator will take you. Feel free to explore the mines before you unlock this feature; as long as you have reached the aforementioned floor(s) at one time, the elevator will reflect that.
  * Note that the Goddess will not mention the elevator after you give her the 100th gift offering; instead, you will have to enter and re-exit one of the mines to fully unlock access to it.

A Little Adventure
Reach BF30 in a mine.

• 30 levels shouldn't be too rough to get through. When your Stamina becomes low, remember to restore it with food/medicine so you don't faint and lose all of your progress. You're able to use more Stamina after you hit 0, but just beware of letting your Fatigue go up too high, because that is when you will pass out and be teleported to the clinic. If the face in the upper left-hand corner becomes Blue and shows @_@ then you've built up between 80-100 Fatigue. Again, you will pass out if that hits 100. Take a step back if you ever see the blue face, because you're close to that point.

My Real Job is Spelunking
Reach BF100 in a mine.

• Level 100 still won't be too much of a drag, especially if you've waited to go spelunking after you gain access to the elevator. Personally, I got tired of save scumming pretty quickly, so I aimed to delve through 50 floors at a time once I had the elevator. Each time, I had a stack of 9 Udon, and I was never close to passing out.

Gaze Into the Abyss
Reach BF255 in a mine.

• This is the deepest both mines will go. If you're in the Spring Mine, remember to use your hoe to dig until you find the Tomatosetta Stone, granting you the recipe for Ketchup. If you're in Year 3 or later, BF255 also contains a Travel Stone inside one of the rocks. If you're in the Lake Mine, the only notable thing besides some expensive ores (namely Pink Diamond and Alexandrite) is one of the Kappa Jewels. This doesn't always spawn, however, and is not required for an achievement, I just included for any completionists that would care. :P
  
• Even though the elevators go in 50 floor increments, this is not the case at the end. It will jump from 200 > 225, so you will have to traverse from 225-255 purely through ladders and pitfalls.

Titan of the Clash
Win the Cluck-Cluck Clash.

• Cluck-Click Clash takes place every Summer 7 at Rose Plaza between 10 AM - 6 PM.
  
• Rick will show up at your house a day before to ask if you want to join. Say yes, and choose which chicken you will enter.
  
• You cannot enter a baby chick, only an adult chicken.
  
• This is the only festival in which animal friendship points don't necessarily have to be high in order to win. I was able to win in Year 1 when my chicken was only at 3 hearts. Of course, the minigame becomes easier the more your chicken loves you, so go ahead and choose whichever chicken has the highest affection.
  
• The Clash is a tournament type minigame in which you want your chicken to scare the other chicken out of the ring in 3 different rounds. Repeatedly press the action button to make your chicken bawk and flap its wings. Your opponent will be doing the same with their chicken. Startling the rival chicken will cause a ! to appear above their head, and they will jump up then walk away a bit. Likewise, if their chicken startles yours, then yours will start making its way to the outside of the ring. This minigame mainly focuses on timing.
  
• Feel free to save before you enter the Plaza in case you lose at first while you're getting the hang of things. If you lose, reload that save and try again.
  
• If you win, not only do you get an achievement, but if your chicken is at 8+ hearts it will now have a chance to lay Golden Eggs (<1,000 hours grazing in the pasture) or Platinum Eggs (>1,000 hours grazing in the pasture)! Keep in mind that animals have a maximum of 5 hearts until you begin breeding, so if you win with a chicken that only has a maximum of 5 hearts, it will never be able to lay anything more than Good Egg. Even if you get this achievement in Year 1, be sure to enter with bred chickens in the following years so you can obtain those eggs needed for some other achievements.

Grade-A Quality
Win the Moo-Moo Festival.

• The Moo-Moo Festival takes place every Summer 20 at Rose Plaza between 10 AM - 6 PM.
  
• Mugi will show up at your house a day before to ask if you want to join. Say yes, and choose which cow you will enter.
  
• You cannot enter a cow that is currently pregnant.
  
• Unlike Cluck-Cluck Clash, this festival requires the cow's friendship points to be at 8 hearts or more in order to win. Since the base animals have a heart cap of 5, you will need to breed a minimum of 3 cows and then raise that third baby up to 8/8 hearts. Being that cow pregnancy lasts 21 days, it is impossible to win in Year 1. However, you are still free to enter since losing won't have any negative impact. Your cows will still love you just as much, and some of the villagers will have cute "get 'em next year" dialogue. You will still earn a bit of FP with other attendees.
  
• If you win, not only do you get an achievement, your cow will now have a chance to produce Milk (G - Golden) (<1,000 hours grazing in the pasture) or Milk (P - Platinum) (>1,000 hours grazing in the pasture) or even Milk (X) (0.4% chance of appearing instead of Platinum Milk)!

Eat My Shorts, Yodel Ranch
Win the Fluffy Festival.

• The Fluffy Festival takes place every Autumn 21 at Rose Plaza between 10 AM - 6 PM.
  
• Mugi will show up at your house a day before to ask if you want to join. Say yes, and choose which rabbit/sheep/alpaca you will enter.
  
• You cannot enter a rabbit, sheep, or alpaca that is currently pregnant. You also cannot enter a rabbit, sheep, or alpaca that doesn't have its fur on the 20th. Sheep and alpacas grow their fur back every 7 days, so stop shearing your sheep/alpaca by Autumn 13. Rabbits grow their fur back every 5 days, so stop shearing your rabbit by Autumn 15.
  
• Like the Moo-Moo Festival, this festival requires the rabbit/sheep/alpaca's friendship points to be at 8 hearts or more in order to win. Since the base animals have a heart cap of 5, you will need to breed a minimum of 3 rabbit/sheep/alpacas and then raise that third baby up to 8/8 hearts. Being that sheep/alpaca pregnancy lasts 21 days, it is impossible to win with a sheep or alpaca in Year 1. It is possible to win in Year 1 if you enter an Angora Rabbit, since rabbit pregnancy lasts 5 days. This is assuming you bought a rabbit ASAP, purchased the coop upgrade, and bred at least 3 rabbits by Autumn 20th. Even if you haven't hit the 8 heart requirement in Year 1, you are still free to enter since losing won't have any negative impact. Your rabbit/sheep/alpaca will still love you just as much, and some of the villagers will have cute "get 'em next year" dialogue. You will still earn a bit of FP with other attendees.

Let's Impress Zack
Ship every type of crop.

• A lot of Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons games will include an achievement for shipping every single item. Thankfully, they decided to only require you to ship every crop in FOMT. Shipping every item is a requirement in order to marry Harvest Goddess or Kappa, but don't worry about that if you don't intend to marry either of them.
  
• Flowers and tree fruits are not required for this achievement.
  
• Check out the Crop List section of the guide for information on every crop, where to obtain the seeds, and harvest time.

All Natural, Non-GMO
Ship every type of crop with ★5 quality.

• This is another simple but lengthy achievement. Starting in Year 2, Gotts will send you a letter in the mail to let you know that you can upgrade your field level. Upgrading the field level will increase your chance of harvesting crops with a higher star quality. You can only purchase one field upgrade each year. Like most of Gotts' other construction projects, this will take 3 days to complete each time.
  
• Level 1 - Available in Year 1 by default - Mainly grow 1★ crops, can grow 2★ crops
  
• Level 2 - Available in Year 2 for 20,000G - Mainly grow 1★-2★ crops, can grow 3★ crops
  
• Level 3 - Available in Year 3 for 50,000G - Mainly grow 1★-3★ crops, can grow 4★ crops
  
• Level 4 - Available in Year 4 for 100,000G - Mainly grow 1★-4★ crops, can grow 5★ crops
  
• Level 5 - Available in Year 5 for 300,000G - Can grow 1★-5★ crops, higher chance of 5★ crops
  
  If you get lucky, it would be possible to complete this achievement in Year 4 since 5★ crops can grow on a level 4 field. Of course, you will have an overall higher chance to grow 5★ crops once your field level is 5, so keep that in mind.

These are the base crops required for Let's Impress Zack, not including any of the flowers and tree fruit as they are not necessary for the achievement.

Renovate every building on your farm.

• Slightly Bigger House: 150 Lumber, 50 Material Stone, and 3,000G - 3 days to construct
  
• Big House: 600 Lumber, 250 Material Stone, and 10,000G - 3 days to construct
  
• Coop Upgrade: 350 Lumber, 200 Material Stone, and 5,000G - 3 days to construct
  
• Barn Upgrade: 400 Lumber, 250 Material Stone, and 6,800G - 3 days to construct
  
• Water Mill: 300 Lumber, 150 Material Stone, and 5,000G - 3 days to construct
  
• Silo: 300 Lumber, 200 Material Stone, and 6,800G - 3 days to construct

You do not need to purchase any of the cosmetic upgrades like the windows, wallpaper/flooring, and mailbox. You also do not need to purchase the Bathroom.

Talk About Prune Skin
Stay in the Hot Spring for 10 hours straight.

• Probably the simplest achievement in the game. Don't leave the hot spring or the timer will be reset. I did this as the end of a session, once I had saved and was ready to hop off the game.

No Ulterior Motives, I Swear
Make 300 offerings to the Harvest Goddess. (1x per day)

• Offerings do not have to specifically be liked or loved items, but since the Harvest Goddess is a fan of flowers, that's one of the easiest and cheapest offerings to give.
  
• The 300 days do not have to be consecutive.
  
• As the achievement specifies, only 1 gift per day will count.
  
• Each season is 30 days and thus each year is 120 days. Even if you're good about giving daily offerings to the Goddess, the earliest you can unlock the achievement would be around halfway through Year 3.
