To raid or not to raid
When to raid? How to go about it? What is the best way to raid each civilization?

Never ask that question again with this raiding guide.

It's plain and simple. There are only three things you can do:
  • Fight from a ladder (safest);
  • Steal and run (100% safe if done properly);
  • Fight head on (good luck).
General tips for safe raiding
  • If you start the fight with people still inside the sub, enemies will board them
  • After fighting starts, no one should EVER enter the sub unless all enemies are dead. Enemies break doors, and without doors you will drown quickly. They are also much harder to handle in small spaces
  • If you find a unique crew bot among the items, do not break the glass until all enemies are dead. Those unique bots can't be revived and they will die, as all bots do is attack melee
  • Don't forget to cure all diseases on the medic before raiding
  • If anyone dies, you can lure the enemies away from the corpse while another crewman revives them
  • If you have a medkit, you can revive your crewmen much faster, so focus on that rather than fighting
  • Be a coward, hit and run. Being healed won't save you, damage is too high
  • If you're unsure, don't raid. It's not worth risking the whole expedition.
Who to raid and how
Those are the optimal choices for each civilization:

Ladder Raid! (enemies unable to climb ladders)

Some enemies can't swim or climb ladders. Use that to your advantage and kill them with ranged weapons or melee, you can safely hit them from above while standing on the ladder. Everyone must leave the sub and not come back until they're all dead, otherwise they will wreck your doors and put up a much harder fight. Bots will die.

Only can be done in the following civilizations:
  • Frozen Waters (Odobenus Ice Cave)
  • Infected Depths (Barnacle Hive)
  • Ancient Abyss (Dome Hub)
  • Mechanical Abyss (Mechanical Dome)

Steal!

When stealing, only one crewman leaves the sub to steal everything, while others stay with engines already running for departure. The sub will leave the civilization as soon as everyone is aboard.

Recommended for:
  • Volcanic Depths (Tiki Hub)

Fight!

It's you or them. Hit and run. Make sure you have enough weapons. Bots will be useless. Everyone must leave the sub and not come back until all enemies are dead, otherwise they will wreck your doors and put up a much harder fight.

Recommended for:
  • Atlantic Waters (Atlantean Ruins)
  • Dark Depths (Whale Carcass)
  • Aurelian Depths (Jelly Temple)
  • Cursed Waters (Shipwreck)

Personally, I can say that with the help of a Tesla gun and knowing how to aim well from a distance, you can easily demolish all the civilians in any city. But however, as long as you have one or more mercenaries in your team, it can become more complicated to keep them alive... it is always possible and even more so with another partner:cupup:.:lunar2019coolpig:

You could also have a melee weapon, run and keep on whacking, just running back and forth, this makes the most use of the 'blast damage' from melee weapon. DO NOT TRY WITH GUNS

Civilizations should be super easy to handle if you dodge during enemy attack animations in bundles, and this guide could use an image of each guide from every civilization, that way people know what you're talking about when mentioning the civ medic, maybe showoff what weapons would be best to help in certain Civs.

The people in the shipwreck can fly. You could put a section on where the boulders in the tiki hub drop and how to successfully kill them. Good guide
