This game is pretty easy and a walkthrough probably isn't required, but here's one anyway. The game's one achievement unlocks for completing all 40 puzzles.

The only objective is to turn on the light bulb in each level.

Level select unlocks after beating the game.

Note: All buttons, dials, etc. are counted left to right, top to bottom.

I think you forgot a 5 in the solution for level 35. Also you inverted two solutions in 40A. But thank you, I wouldn't be able to finish the game without your guide for the last levels!
