I've written down all the answers to choice-prompts. Following these steps 1:1 should net you the two achievements :)

If you wanna try it for yourself without having the step-by-step-guide here's a general tip:

DOOM - Be rude. Be bad at puzzles. Do not appreciate them. Do not care for anything.

AFFECTION - Be nice. Be good at puzzles, be a goodboy and be forward, own up to your mistakes.

How to get Max Affection:

Throw Boot at Beryl

Give her the key

Multiplication

Investigating the Desk: "I like the sound of that."

When fainted: Check pulse on wrist

Cover her with your jacket

Input Answer: "ICESUN"

Ghosts aren't real

Investigate the lock on the drawer
Click on Check 3 times.
"Kick it"
"Try solving the code again"
Insert 3268

When investigating the airvent: White silk

Flirt back

Good Luck Coin

Tend to her

Beer

Ghost

Not really

Continue with the flirting

Of course

When investigating: Fix the jukebox and dance with her

Grow all three flowers and give them to Beryl

Select the Question "Beryl's real hair color"
Answer "It does".

Give her all three flowers

Continue with the story. While lying with Beryl in the bed, you should get the Max Affection Achievement!

How to get Max Doom:

Keep Shouting

That would be just stupid.

Talk to Beryl

This isn't helping

Press 5 (just any wrong number)

Then insert 4 (the right number)

Keep the key for now

Click on the blackboard and choose "Don't draw anything"

When investigating drawer: "Okay, that's going a bit too far."

When fainted: Touch boobs

Type in a wrong answer (APALEX for example)

Then input SUNICE

Click on Check 3 Times

Try destroying the lock

When investigating the airshaft: The floor
