2020 Storyteller: Rick Astley

Lets face it, 2020 is a great time for memes to be reused, so I have added Rick Astley as a storyteller to RimWorld.
Content
Adds Rick Astley, composer of the song “Never Gonna Give You Up”
  • Rick Astley is never gonna give you up with widely spread out threats and events similar to Pheobe Chillax, but small threats are far more common than large ones.
That's all this mod does. ;)

*I added the 1.4 tag to this mod, but made no changes since I saw no errors. If anybody knows if storytellers were changed in 1.4, please let me know.

This mod probably still works in 1.6, I’m just not bothered to test/update it.

This mod is XML only. When I am not busy, I will update it. I highly doubt 1.4 would break this mod.
