In the guide below, I'll spell out all the steps you need to do to get a guide. I won't include how to solve the Rooms yet, I assume you already did one playthrough and know it yourself. If I didn't include a step in the list of steps, it's probably not important. If it is - please let me know, I'll investigate!

But here is a general idea on how to get the different endings:

The game basically operates on two values: "DOOM" and "AFFECTION". Doom goes up whenever Chris is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or does bad stuff, Affection goes up whenever he is nice to Beryl or flirts with her.

True End - High Affection, Low Doom + Special Choice
Good End - High Affection, Low Doom
Lost End - Low Affection, Low Doom
Sad End - High Affection, High Doom
Dead End - Low Affection, High Doom + Special Choice
Bad End - Low Affection, High Doom + Special Choice
Secret End - Let's say - A girl's best friend is her diary, if they don't have cake, they should eat bread and boing boing.

If you're like "palex, I don't wanna figure this out, just give it to me straight how to get these", follow the steps below.

Please note that these are just definite ways to get the ending, NOT the "minimum" possible.

How to get the Good End:
Step by Step:

Throw your boot at her

How to get the Secret End:

Now here is where we mix things up. I won't put the step-by-step-guide here since this is a special ending and you gotta work to earn it.

Here are some requirements and tips to get the Secret Ending:

0. Get all other endings first

1. Get all NoBread Logos. My good friend CyberSe7en made a guide for that (click here).

2. Agree to have intercourse with Beryl

3. Give in to two of your vices.

3.5 Leave a review for Blankspace on Steam. Reviews on Steam REALLY help Indies A LOT!
This is the most important step.

4. Find the diary of a girl using your biggest, strongest tool to get into a tight, closed space.

5. Make flowers bloom and ask about specific topics.
