The only missing secret I can think of right now is the naked guy in one of the houses in Megabyte.
You're wrong about the Oldboard secret, though. It actually is possible to get there legitimately, though it's tough. Nifflas himself demonstrated it at the end of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cAT4Y3E2i6c
I think it might also be worth noting that you can extend your maximum duration of stay in the Disorder with the protective orbs. The blue orb extends it by ten seconds (in fact, this is the only purpose it serves), while having at least one red orb extends it by twenty. The red orbs are a quest item, though, so if you use the Disorder a lot, you may want to hold off on completing that sidequest.
