A skin for the Town Crier that replaces him with one based on the twitch emote, PogChamp.

The mod is incompatible with other mods that replace the town crier, though if loaded above a mod that reskins the whole hamlet/multiple npcs, this skin will override any other town crier ones and you can have both PogCrier and anime abbey or whatever.
