Preface:
This was initially for my own use, RPG Traits was one of my favourite mods, and I didn't want it to get left behind. So I thought I might as well upload it for others who want to see it back.

Minor Modifications:
I've removed the insanely large trait pick points and trait points at empire creation. This is so if you want a more balanced experience. You can simply use another trait point adding mod if you want to change your setup. I know I don't prefer vanilla, but I also didn't like the insane numbers originally.

I have also removed some of the more cheaty traits like "blatant bonus", and more origin-ish sounding traits like "ethereal" or the psionic starts. There's mods for origins that provide similar things to that already.

Just a note, this seems to introduce a visual bug in the traditions tree in 3.2 possibly in older versions too. Doesn't effect gameplay though.

So I've just arrived here from the apparently dead official version, and this one seems to have been dying for some time as well. So if anyone re-revives the official mod, please post a link! :-D

Is it just me, or is it not possible to see all the effects of certain abilities like Tiny or Titanic? I tried UI scaling and higher resolution but it looks like there is only 13 lines to work with and 7 of them are taken up by the trait name, description and flavor quote...
