Achievement Bugged? No problem!
By Ötzi
I finally managed to find out how to unlock an achievement that is bugged and should've been unlocked before.

Intro
So I had this achievement bug, which annoyed me for so long. Having 525 out of 526 achievements although you did everything required to complete the game, but that 1 singular damn achievement prevents you from your 100%.

For me it was "Unlock the Niki Kofman - Tropicom song on cube mode!"
How the f*** is this achievement still unlocked, when I already have the "Start Tropicom Cube Mode" and "Finish Tropicom Cube Mode" achievements, I was asking myself, while I was cursing Just1337-Studios who opened a bug report thread but NEVER did anything or at least showed the intention to look into the numerous reported achievement bugs.
Cut Your Internet Connection
First of all, you need to cut your connection to the internet, since Steam always checks the save folders and synchronizes accordingly.

Delete Save Data
Now go to the folder path shown in the screenshot below. The upper blackened out bar resembles your username on your PC. The AppData folder is a hidden folder. If hidden folders are set to invisible for you, please turn the visibility for hidden folders on in order to find it.

Find the folder named Just1337Studio and DELETE IT!

No worries, you WILL NOT LOSE ANY PROGRESS when we're done with this whole guide.

If you are connected to Steam, this folder will get replaced immediately. That's why we turned the internet connection off in the previous step.
Start Your Game
Well you might get badly surprised when you see that everything is locked and your coins are gone. That doesn't mean that you lost your hard earned progress though. Everything will be set back to your furthest progress at the end. Keep calm.

So as mentioned before, for me it was "Niki Kofman - Tropicom (Cube Mode)" which made troubles. Here I chose that song and mode. Even though you have 50 coins and you apparently need 100 coins to unlock, you can unlock the game mode anyway by just clicking on unlock.

There you go! The achievement should pop up now.
Back to the World Wide Web
Now you can close the game and reconnect to the internet.

As you'll now see, Steam has restored all your progress data including your points and coins.

Refresh the achievement page on Steam and check if the achievement unlock got synchronized.
Outro
I hope this works for you aswell. I was pretty happy when I found this solution and it actually worked after I tried so many damn ways to unlock that 626th achievement.

Please consider giving this guide a thumbs up as it might also help many other people. Seems like there are a lot of people with this issue.

Thanks!

The Steam Achievement Manager program can be used to give you the achievement if you should've earned it already. Make sure all steam games are closed before you use it however.

Tried it all. I'll try on another computer with a fresh install at some point.

btw the achievement should pop up, even if you're in offline mode. it gets synchronized later as soon as you're online again.

Also try: properties > local files > back up game files... > untick the box for slash it ultimate

Did you try to right click on the game in your library > properties > updates > untick the box next to "enbale steam cloud synchronization for slash it ultimate"?

The problem is that I'm usually not familiar with these kind of things. This would be so much easier if the devs could just sort it out.

I tried offline mode and cutting my connection but the folder still gets restored. There must be a back up save somewhere.
