Deathcraft II Fix

Fixes the crash in Nether map caused by custom tank model. Fixes the witch model error by disabling consistency automatically. Use Local Server and All players are required to have this fix. Yes it will work with the "No Skin" version too. DO NOT REUPLOAD ...
