More flags Backgrounds(3Color)

Beskrivning
adds more flag backgrounds with 3 color

3rd color = 1st color + 2nd color
(sum of RGB value. ex) red+cyan = white)
(* one of the flags's 3rd color is average of 2 colors.)

added black-included flag (now you can make germany flag)

fixed some flags's broken pixels.

I use UI Overhaul Dynamic, is there any other required mods or is this another mod I have? Most of the flags are cut off and there's no way to scroll.

It'd be nice if Paradox simply added a third color option, but this should work for some things.
On the other hand, I still can't make the German Empire in space...
