Do you mean the mod folder?

If so, try checking the steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons folder instead. If it's not there either, then either there's some other folder GMod likes to install stuff in I don't know of, or something is wrong with the installing process.

Do any other mods work for you? It might be a problem with how addons are installed, in which case you should verify the game cache, and if that doesn't work, take a look at this thread for some things you can try looking at: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/4000/discussions/1/364040961436887544/ . It could be that addons aren't being installed in the proper location, in which case you need to figure that out on your own.

If this mod is the only mod that isn't working for you, I'll push an update and we'll see if that magically does something.
