[CTVehicles] Tumbler (+simfphys)

The Batman's Tumbler featured in the Dark Knight trilogy, ported by me as a driveable source vehicle (prop_vehicle_jeep), converted to Simfphys by HUSKY

-Decently detailed exterior and interior
-Working Airbrake and Throttle stick (present on both source and simfphys versions)
-Working thruster fire (present on both source and simfphys versions)
-Spawns with random skin (these can be changed)
-Also comes in black
-Full VCMod support.

Serverside ConVars:
ctv_random_skin_enabled - Enables the vehicle to spawn with a randomly chosen skin

ConVar Values:
"0" - disabled
"1" - enabled

0: Black
1: Army Camouflage
2: Gloss paint

A: Download Simfphys Base .

Q: Since u have simfphys, poot it in req items!
A: Simfphys base is an OPTIONAL pack. If you want the simfphys version, download Simfphys Base .

Q: Da hek why texture still no show but I dl shared Tex alr?
A: Steam downloading bug, delete both shared texture and vehicle .gma files to allow a complete redownload.
