I reccomend doing these two at the same time, as you can use the bucket to help get through the really dark sections.
Estranged in the Dark is simple, just never pick up a flashlight.
Water collecter is a bit more tedious. in the house where you get the pistol, theres a metal bucket with a red rim and doodles all over it. simply pick it up and carry it with you until you fall down the pit at the end. when you get captured, it'll be on the table to your right when you wake up.

This is a fairly simple one. There are 5 Vending Machines throughout the game, and you press their buttons until cans stop coming out. The first is in the front room of the Redton Nature Preserve building (where you can also pick up Power Conserver), Two are in the Cafeteria you go through just after you rescue the scientist, and two are in the far corner of the first floor up in the elevator you take just after he sends you away, along with the cat video for Cat lover.

Also a simple one, if you know what to look for. In the Redton Nature Reserve building, there is one of the vending machines for Vendaholic. In the back room, there's a lamp that you turn off with your use key and boom. easy as pie.

This is an achievement of inaction. After you get captured and tied to a chair, simply sit there for a while. Go make yourself a sandwich or something.

This is very simple. In the second chapter, section sp07theoutletb (correction courtesy of EndeavourAccuracy) , you'll come across a room like this
Those crates will be piled up in the corner. You need to stack them as I have done, climb up to the catwalk, and enter the room. Inside is a dead monster and a TV. Apply your hammer liberally to the TV screen, and you'll get this incredibly vague achievement. You can also do this by pulling the TV so it comes unplugged. (correction provided by BunnyBot 5000)

A pretty easy feat. Just after you Rescue the scientist, he shows you to a shooting range. Go in, pick up a gun, and shoot one of the targets just above you to start. Simply get 15 points and you're done.

Very easy. After the scientist sends you upstairs to log out the workstation, you'll come to an elevator. Simply go 1 floor up, kill the monsters inside, and look around for the PC that you can activate. Click on the Video file and enjoy.
