This section is for getting the strike force achievements and how to unlock them.

Defender
Successfully defend FOB Spectre from incursion.
Complete Strike Force Mission "FOB Spectre"
Unlocked by completing main mission "Old Wounds".
Note: If doing in the story, must complete before mission "Suffer With Me".

Singapore Sling
Successfully neutralize the SDC freighter at Keppel Terminal.
Complete Strike Force Mission "Shipwreck"
Unlocked by completing main mission "Old Wounds".
Note: If doing in the story, must complete before mission "Suffer With Me".

Desert Storm
Successfully escort the VIPs to safety.
Complete Strike Force Mission "I.E.D."
Unlocked by completing main mission "Time and Fate".
Note: If doing in the story, must complete before mission "Suffer With Me".

Blind Date
Successfully rescue HVI.
Complete Strike Force Mission "Second Chance"
Unlocked by not reaching DeFalco and not saving Chloe "Karma" Lynch in main mission "Karma".
Note: If doing in the story, must complete before mission "Suffer With Me".

Art of War
Successfully assassinate SDC Chairman Tian Zhao.
Complete Strike Force Mission "Dispatch"
Unlocked by listening to all conversations in "Fallen Angel', all other strike force missions (does not include second chance, if you reached DeFalco), as well as finishing main mission "Suffer With Me".
Note: If doing in the story, must complete before mission "Achilles Veil".

All of these achievements require you to rewind story (not replay) to unlock these, if you haven't already gotten it. Some you can unlock on the mission you rewind too, but others you need to make a few certain decisions throughout multiple missions. To rewind a mission, go the the replay mission, hover over the mission you want to rewind to and press "D". Click "Yes" and the mission will start.

Family Reunion
There are two futures.
At the end of the main mission "Suffer With Me", the objective is to shoot the head. Instead shoot the legs twice (when you shoot him the first time, wait till the body is on the ground before shooting the legs again), to unlock achievement.

Hey Good Looking
Plastic surgery avoided
At the end of the main mission "Fallen Angel", when you're in the SOC-T and the drone crashes ahead of you, there will be a pipe with flames coming out. Drive to the right or underneath it and if done right Harper wont be in pain. The achievement will unlock if done correctly.

Showdown
A duel between rivals
Let DeFalco escape at the end of the main mission "Karma". DO NOT do the strike mission "Second Chance" which involves getting Chloe "Karma" Lynch rescued. In the main mission "Achilles' Veil" kill Harper so Farid survives. The achievement will unlock in main mission "Odysseus" with the server room cutscene involving Menendez, Briggs, Salazar, Farid and DeFalco. The achievement will unlock when Farid and DeFalco shoot each other, resulting in their deaths.

Dirty Business
Listen and think before you shoot.
To start this achievement, you need to resist the urge to kill Kravchenko in the main mission "Old Wounds". When capturing Noriega in main mission "Suffer With Me" and recalling what Kravchenko said, the achievement will unlock.

Dead or Alive
Jailor or executioner.
At the end of the main mission "Judgement Day" you will have the option of either killing or capturing Menendez. Do either to unlock achievement, but do not take too long and let the game decide, you will not get achievement.

Ultimate Sacrifice
Only one can survive.
In the main mission "Achilles' Veil" you will either have to shoot Harper or Menendez. Shoot Menendez to unlock achievement.

Good Karma
Crack the Celerium worm.
To start this achievement, rewind story to the main mission "Karma" and save Chloe "Karma" Lynch from DeFalco. Before starting the main mission "Suffer With Me" complete strike missions "FOB Spectre", "Shipwreck" and "I.E.D." successfully. After completing "Suffer With Me" do the strike mission "Dispatch" successfully. In the main mission "Achilles' Veil" Farid has to survive by shooting Harper. Lastly in "Odysseus" when the server room cutscene takes place, Farid should sacrifice himself for Chloe, and you get the choice of killing or injuring Briggs. Injure him and complete the mission. You will get the achievement if the "U.S.S Barack Obama" is saved with Chinese reinforcements.

Ship Shape
Reinforcements on the way.
Recommend doing this achievement at the same time as "Good Karma" as you need to do all the strike missions successfully and make sure you injure Briggs in the server room. You will get the achievement if the "U.S.S Barack Obama" is saved by reinforcements at the end of the mission.

TOTAL: 8 Achievements

These achievements are relatively straight forward but can still be complicated. This section will not mention how to complete challenges, however, if this guide does well, i will make a guide for that as well.

Back in Time
Use a future weapon in the past.
To get this achievement, the campaign must first be completed. From there you can pick any past mission and customise the loadout with a future weapon. To unlock the achievement, you need to complete the mission and get a kill.

Man of the People
Stop the brutality inflicted by the PDF.
In the main mission "Time and Fate", when playing as Menendez, there will be 5 civilians on the ground being attacked by the PDF. Check the buildings and surrounding areas to unlock the achievement when saving the last civilian in the barn.

Gun Nut
Complete a level with customized loadout.
Can do this on the very first mission if you have not already started playing, by adding "Select Fire" mod to the FAL.

Ten K
Minimum score 10k in every mission
Every main/strike mission has a score that can be seen after the level is complete. This includes missions that you missed out on, like strike missions, if you only did the main missions. After the campaign is complete, all strike missions will be unlocked as well.

High IQ
Collect all intel.
In every main mission, there are 3 intel locations. Collect all to unlock this achievement. Recommend doing this achievement while also doing the "Mission Complete" achievement as collecting intel is part of 1 of the 10 challenges for each main mission. Just Gettin' Started
Complete 1 challenge in any level.
By the time the campaign is finished, this achievement should already be done.

Mission Complete
Complete all challenges in a level.
All main/strike mission have 10 challenges. During mission breifing, of any mission, go to "Career Record". In the overview screen you can see how many challenges out of 10 you have done. Select the mission you want to do challenges on to see what the challenges are. Complete all 10 on any level to unlock this achievement.

Giant Accomplishment
Complete all challenges in Black Ops II.
There are 160 challenges altogether with 16 missions, do all challenges to unlock this achievement. If this guide does well, i will make another guide on how to complete challenges.
