Journey Begins

HOW TO 100% EACH ISLAND:

You need to collect all seashells, all eggs, break all walls, mushrooms, palm trees, look for all the food in the sand, often kick lobsters and bats, sink boats, blow up cans, break all vases, open all portals, etc. In other words, to achieve 100% at the level, you need to do everything possible.
The number of points scored on the island is not an indicator. In other words, you can get the level to 80% and then pick up a rare egg (pink / purple), it will double your points, but progress will still remain at 80%.

There is one trick that works wonderfully at all levels where there are palm trees: 100% on a level can be achieved simply by kicking the same palm. Using this method you can score as many points as you like. This method works on Islands 1-6, 10, 12.

Total:

For Islands 1-6, 10, 12: Just fill the percentage on one of the palm trees.

Islands 7-9:These are underground levels. There are no palm trees and there is not a single similar object to farm points towards the total percentage, so you have to collect everything.

Island 7: It’s not easy to get 100% here, you need to collect all the shells, all the eggs, break all the mushrooms, vases and be sure to drown the boat. For some, a canister explosion sometimes appears at the total percentage, at this level there are two or three. The collection of ladybugs falling from vases and chests does not affect the percentage. In case all of the above is done, at the end of the level there should be 96-98%. Where to get the rest? It turns out that you still need to kick the bat (or skeleton during Halloween). With the Heavy Hitter skill, she needs to be kicked 15 times.

Island 8: The most difficult island for me. Everything is exactly the same here: to collect all the shells, eggs, break all the vases and mushrooms, break several walls and the fence, open all the chests, break the cans), kick both the bats. The main difficulty is that sometimes when knocking out points from a bat, a bug can sometimes happen and you won’t get points from the second. Then even if everything is found, the total will be only 99%. The bug with the bat disappears if you first kick one without the Heavy Hitter ability 5-10 times, then the second just as many times, and only then use the ability to finish off the remaining points until they are knocked out. The second difficulty is to find all the shells. 8 out of 9 can be found when examining carefully. The 9th can be seen only when changing the ostrich's vision to Dream. It is on the wall above the second vase on the right. A change of vision can be made at the pier in Nest.

Island 9: Nothing new, just look for all the eggs, shells, break all the mushrooms and walls, open the portal. No particular difficulties should arise here.

Island 13: A special island where you absolutely do not need to explore anything. The easiest way to fill 100% is simply by kicking the hens at the gate. To achieve 100% exploration of the island, you need to send about 30-50 hens to the gate. Also, in theory, you can try to topple a palm tree and score points on it, but it is not always possible to drop it so that it stays on the island. But if it works out - go ahead!

Island 11: As you walk around the clouds, collect eggs from the chests. Chests are not necessary to open, because in 60% of cases the chest will fall, just jump onto the chest lid and the egg will be taken automatically. 6 eggs are enough.

• Island 10. Kick the chicken on the island and pick up the ring. To get to the island you need to go along the underwater path east of the island with chicken (beginning to the right of the chest with a cap)

Serious Intentions
You survived on the cloud #11 for 5 minutes.

• Live in the clouds on Island 11 for five minutes. Only attentiveness and patience will succeed. Try to follow the sequence of new platforms and clouds. For this challenge it is strongly recommended to put the best graphics, resolution and run the game in full screen mode. By the way, changing the vision of an ostrich may help some. This can be done at the pier in Nest. For example, when you activate Negative Vision, the clouds turn black and the background red.

Double Chicken
You sent home two chickens at once.

• Island 13. Send two hens to the gate with one kick.

Birds gonna get angry
You have scored a goal with a lobster. Birds gonna get angry.

• Island 13. The more time you spend at this level, the more lobsters run around the island. The easiest method is to stand close to the gate located on the opposite side of the ostrich spawn, there is a very convenient slope, and wait for the moment when the lobster comes as close as possible. Your goal is to kick the lobster so that it slides into the gate along the slope.

Ostrich Supremacy
You mastered Co-op mode and finished with higher score several times.

• Collect in cooperative mode more points per level than a partner 3 times.

Egg Collector
You have collected all eggs on some island.

• Collect all the eggs on any island. The easiest way to do this is on the first island. The most difficult to find are:

1. Egg on the arch. You can climb to it along the embankment on the left, passing further behind the arch.
2. Eggs on the shore left and right of the arch.
3. An egg in a chest on an island where a teleport carries. If it’s too late to get there, the chest will sink.
Only 13 pcs. Achievement will be given after completing the level.



Entomologist
You caught 7 butterflies.

• Catch 7 butterflies. They fly away when approaching them. To catch, you need to slowly approach them, and then abruptly run and catch them. Feasible at any level with butterflies, for example on the first island.
  
  IF YOU STRUGGLE CATCHING BUTTERFLIES: A butterfly flies from the very first chest at level 10. It’s easiest to catch and can be farmed.

License to Egg
You collected two eggs in the blink of an eye.

• According to the description, you need to collect 2 eggs almost simultaneously. But in reality it's a little differrent. For example, for collecting two eggs on a stone on Island 3, the achievement does not pop up. What is really meant is not clear. For example, I got this achievement by chance, on Island 9, having rammed the first two boxes at the very beginning of the level. There, one egg lies behind a box near the mushroom, and the second on it.

Triple Egg Chain!
You collected the third Egg in a split second.

• In theory, you need to collect three eggs at a time. There is a convenient place on Island 3, just three eggs lie on a stone. But no, for collecting those three eggs, achievement does not pop up. Achievement can be obtained on the first Island. One egg near the palm tree, the second on the stone where the butterfly sits, and the third in the boat. You need to collect all these three eggs in one sprint (palm -> stone -> boat). The method is working, verified by one of the authors. If you can’t do it on a regular sprint, then attempt it with the included skill Fast Walker.

Bonemian Rapsody
You destroyed a small army of bony fiends by dropping a tree on it.

• Island 6. Crush 2 lobsters, dropping a palm on them. If it didn’t work trying 2 at a time, then kill another 1 lobster in this way with another palm right after.

Rare Egg
You haven't seen such an Egg before.

• Pick up a pink egg. Falls from broken vases very rarely. Most often at level 9.

Work above everything
You fixed the broken portal before having fun.

• Repair the portal before picking up something on the level. Feasible on 4 and 12 islands.

Ostrich the Barbarian
You destroyed an idol without using a super power.

• Kicking an idol with your feet until it falls apart without the ability of heavy hitter ... This will take a while of kicking.

Apprentice
You joined Workshop, created a skin and gifted it to Ostrich Island Community.

• You do not have to try. Just go to Settings -> WS, select the standard skin and preview skin.jpg and skin_preview.jpg and click Upload to Steam. Do not forget that in fact this is a work published by you that is visible to all users in the workshop. Therefore, if your goal is only to achieve achievement, do not forget to remove this "work" from the workshop.

You walked on a beach with at least 3 chicks.

• 1. Get the first companion (chicken, animal). To do this, you must first go to Island 13. Next, just play on Island 13 and “save” the hens by kicking them at the gate, and wait for the golden chicken to finally spawn. The chance of spawn of such a chicken is not great.. As soon as you see this yellow creature, rush to it and kick. An egg will fall out of it, which is necessary to pick up. Congratulations, you have the first companion animal.

• 2. Feed your chicken. She feeds on ladybirds and fruits. Moreover, it is she who must pick up the food. The difficulty is that you can’t control it, but accidentally kicking and offering it is easy. As before, palm trees are great here. Drop, kick, wait for it to eat, and observe the process of obesity of the chicken.

• 3. Wait for your chicken to lay an egg. That says it all. We feed, we wait. And congratulations, you have one more pet!

• 4. Now you need to grow a second chicken and wait for it to lay an egg.

This process is somewhat dreary, since there are several nuances:
1. Do not kick your pets, otherwise they may just leave. 5 kicks = chicken loss
2. Each chicken can carry only one egg. Waiting for a second from her is pointless.
3. If suddenly for some reason or circumstance you dispersed your flock or all your chickens laid their eggs, and you want more, you will have to disperse the leftovers, go to Island 13 and wait for the game to spawn the golden chicken. In this case, the herd will have to be created and raised again.
