Assuming listed times for FC are added up vill creation and uptimes without idle tc time, The Art of War simply aims for a lower vill count, resulting in a faster Castle Age but with less eco to work with upon arrival.

The best time listed for the fast castle strategy is a silver medal in the FC Art of War Challenge, is there some sort of cheese I'm missing?
