From a comment I made in the first page - "Its original was submitted Halloween 2013, the second revision, but it never got in because the importer somehow didn't like my method of animating on VALVe's end and it took me some time to figure out a more Import Acceptable method. I'm only one person, so I'd like it if my tried efforts would be noticed. Maybe next Halloween? Or Some earlier event with a side story of the Soldier finding a stash of magical eggs that Merasmus hid?"
