Yes, it's legal. Yes, it's safe. I have this installed on my client and my server and it works.

I wish there was a materials pack in Garry's Mod's workshop so that I don't have to get CS:S, FOR EVERY MAP I FIND ON THE WORKSHOP.
I hope everyone agrees with me.
