So yea... this achievement was suprisingly hard to get. You have to keep the nobles happy and the commoners happy which is easier said than done. I had to redo the first ten weeks about six times because of this. People need to be a little more relaxed about say... wearing a stupid necklace :( Well this guide is significantly improved from the last one I did where there is a lot of wasted studying.
