I'll be updating this in the more in the future, just wanted to get it out for quaver.

Currently only has the default Arrow Elements/Sounds, and temporary stolen judgements

Custom files here, has different colors to pick from like outline / base color of hitnotes, receptor color, tail colors etc.

Otherwise, in the skin.ini file you can change HitPosOffsetY AND ColumnSize to a smaller value to change the scale of the notes (Must be the same value for each otherwise the receptors wont line up).
Alternatively there is a scaling option in the game but its trash
