Gyll's Vanilla: Vestal

Gyll’s Vanilla: Vestal reworks the Vestal by:
- Reverting her healing to pre-CoM levels
- Increasing her offensive output to roughly match the Occultist in power level
- Making the rank 2 build a viable and fun alternative to the backline build
- Adding some variation to backline builds so that you’re not always using the same 4 skills

It's included in the Gyll's Vanilla: Heroes mod, but is now also available as a standalone mod for people who don't want to use all 15 non-DLC vanilla reworks.
