Removes all vanilla meals definitions from the game.
For players that want to only use and find modded meals.

Base-classes are untouched so they still can be used by mods.

@Greisyn If you want to pick specific things to remove Id suggest the Cherrypicker mod instead

could you please add mod options for each food, id like to be able to enable only paste specially for "Dystopian" or "Spacetrek" type play through. Thanks!
