Freeze Gun for Garry's Mod 13

Ohey , the picture is actually decent this time. Woo.

What is this?
This addon adds a brand new scripted weapon by the lazy jerk called Mr Ibizza. Its even more annoying than anything you have used so far. You can go around and shoot any NPC/Players with it and freeze them, then teabag them or whatever you want to please your dirty mind.
