Chips Dubbo Voice Replacement for Bingo Bango

Reuploaded because the addon stopped working a few months ago, and for some reason I couldn't update it properly with the game's Workshopper.

The Man. The Legend. Chips Dubbo.
Changes Bingo Bango's voicelines to those of Chips Dubbo. Extracted from Halo 3.
No replacement for any ammo-related voicelines (ammo check, "need ammo", reload, etc) because the AI don't ever run out of ammo in the game, therefore don't have these lines.

If the addon doesn't work, restart the game or unsubscribe and resubscribe to the addon until it does.

Blame it on NMRiH Workshop support, not me.
