Valve Anti-Cheat notification after starting the game
With the new update from 7/8/2020, which made new Trusted Mode by default, a lot of users experience the following notification, which won't allow them play on VAC secure servers.

The issue itself is in some way generated by an old update, due to which users had to run csgo.exe as an Administrator, in order to run it properly. This change has to be reverted now.
Properties tab of csgo.exe
To disable running csgo.exe as Administrator:
1. locate the file csgo.exe, which most likely will be located under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\
2. right click on the file and go to Properties -> Compatibility tab
3. uncheck the box Run this program as an administrator and Apply
4. run the game and GLHF
