Beskrivelse
Al-Masjid al-Nabawi, often called the Prophet's Mosque, is a mosque built by the Islamic Prophet Muhammad situated in the city of Medina. It is the second holiest site in Islam.

Gives a free mosque, 1 free social policy, 1 slot for a great work of writing

@rattcage27

The Prophet (pbuh) ordered and oversaw the construction of the mosque (the original on which many expansions and improvements led to what we see today) as told in the book of Sahih Muslim hadith number 1068 [authenticity backed up by narrations in hadith Sahih Muslim 1069 and 1070], he might have taken part in construction but I have not looked for evidence of this.

regalman...I am a huge fan of your buildings/wonders mods. Especially the time you apparently take to research them and give historical referrence. Having said that... to say that Muhammad built the Prophets Mosque is a bit misleading. That's like saying Donald built the Trump tower. Of course I guess the same could be said for the Egyptian pyramids or any other great architecture, so not sure where I was headed with that, lol. You've done a great job. But is there anything in history to show that Muhammad even so much as financed or watched over the design or building of this temple?
