Old Old Man

So I thought I'd challenge myself by making a character with a full moveset with only a handful of animation frames of a Pokémon NPC sprite, a bit of squash n' stretch and smears. All of that, under a day. As you see, this is the result of that.

While this is not meant to be inherently a particularly under or overpowered character, it wasn't quite a serious thing either. It's a very basic character - not that I tend to make any particularly complex things in the first place -, and I don't trust it to be 'tourney legal' in any serious Workshop character tourneys.
