Lineas Aereas Privadas Argentinas (LAPA) was an international Argentine airline based at the Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires. It had a fleet of B737, B757, B767 and Saab 340.
In 2001, operations ceased due to the Argentine crisis and the bad reputation for the accident of Flight 3142 that crashed when taking off at the Jorge Newbery Airport.

Lineas Aereas Privadas Argentinas (LAPA) fue una aerolínea argentina internacional con base en el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery en Buenos Aires. Tenía una flota de B737, B757, B767 y Saab 340.
En 2001, las operaciones cesaron debido a la crisis argentina y la mala reputación por el Vuelo 3142 que se estrelló al despegar en el aeropuerto Jorge Newbery.
