But I understand why you're recommending a lower diff lock when the car understeers
You forget track abrasiveness which also impacts quite a lot on tyres longevity. Though, I've got the feeling it's not a problem in F1 2020 since we have zero info on this parameter.
Compared to my base, a neutral setup, I was also faster on lower pressures, however, I was much faster on higher pressures compared to this, and I think that's because the car was more stable. I hope that makes sense and is helpful.
As for the pressures in wet conditions, you might be right, considering the greater contact patch, but I've also found wet tyres can be too cold to perform. I'll do some experimenting and update the guide accordingly.
