Textures are tf2 red avatars, I just made models so I did not do anything but there ya go <3
anyway, they have bones so you can animate them.

please tell me if you have any errors or and problems.

I haven’t opened SFM in years, but I think I added some green screen ones if you want to do it as a VFX effect. Alternatively, you can just go to the texture directory and upload your own VTF file, or whatever it's called.

You can first extract it to PNG, edit it, and then format it back to the original format with the same name. It should then show up in the skins tab.
