Mod buged, leaves many holes that does not have supplies like Turkey, Yugoslavia etc ...0 supply nothing

Thx for this mod! That supplies mechanic is so ridiculous and tedious, why the heck cant my dudes deliver those huge amount of supplies into the next province although i control everything? Imagine how ridiculous this is when your logi dudes right next standing to your troops and be like: "Nah sorry man, you are standing on the other side of that line, so we wont give you any of the supplies."

Will try and review. Thank you. BTW, is there any way at all to make a mod for raising the command power cap? No working options at all for this. I and many others would be thankful.
