How to use:
Copy into a text file and mark the gear as you obtain it. You might want to use the quick checklist if you mark things only after saving. Otherwise, use the detailed versions.

The item locations above are not complete, they give an easily reachable location. You might find the item at other locations.
Missable items are marked with the word "Missable". Those are usually monster drops.

Use "Temp" after buying an item but before saving. Use "Save 1" or "Save 2" to mark the save file where you have the items. "Autosave" is for if the game crashes or you leave it, it should save after each screen (usually "Temp" should be enough for that, however). Usually you will need to mark only one of those boxes so the shorter list should suffice, but if multiple people play or you want to make multiple saves (such as before some content becomes inaccessible later), or if you want to use the "remp" boxes, you want to use the larger list.

Copy the entire text into a text file and mark as you fill out the inventory. You can sell items once you had them. But you need to have them all at least once for the achievements.

Missable?:
Items marked as "MISSABLE?" are probably not missable but are marked because they are in the missbales guide or in a location that becomes mostly inaccessible later (i.e., Tasnica only items, Mana Fortress where I am not sure if some enemies disappear after defeating bosses). Those with a warning are definitely missable. In the short list those with a warning have an exclamation mark.

Hint:
Use "Analyze" on a chest to increas the chance of the rare item drop.
