Level 1 Old Uncle’s Garage

It's day 5 and you still don't know how to produce stuff

  • Go afk till day 5 without doing anything after game gives mission of putting a sales room. Achievement will unlock at the afternoon of day 5.

Skilled Hustle
Kenny figured out how to sell stuff

  • It will unlock after selling 5 packs.
Level 2: Brewing ♥♥♥♥
Herbal Treatment
Healed using green

  • It will ask you to heal your man, do it.

Wimp
Paid Tupo to the last

  • Pay Tuco till $3420 mark. He will demand the same amount for twice and will multiply the amount by two (almost) after that. You will need the income from both of the places.

Full Pockets of Money
Earned $7000 to start development of your game

  • Gather $7000 before the end of mission which is just a bit after Miguel attacks Tupo. I payed Tupo till he wants $3420, then at my deadline I sent my people to the other place and sold everything I can. After that, supplied Miguel and sold the rest. When Miguel wanted the second batch of twenty, I knew he wouldn’t buy it; so, I didn’t withhold my product, I sold everything I can.
Level 3: Hui Xiao’s Restaurants

Captured all local neutral buildings

  • It unlocks after capturing both of the neutral buildings.
Level 4: Gangster ♥♥♥♥

Paid old bills

  • Deliver Big L a couple of purple batches. Don’t finish Tupo or Miguel, let them have one building (preferably a minor one and finishing one of them is okay) until you unlock this achievement. You have to make the first delivery on time. So, you cannot use the extra time (Thanks to Kaveori for informing me.)
Level 5: ♥♥♥♥ Taxes
Not Bad, You Could Do It!
Earned $42000

  • Don’t finish Tupo or Miguel and save up until $42,000.
Level 6: Kenny’s in Jail

  • Save a Prisoner (If he is friendly). Second cell at second floor from bottom is friendly.

MFKR
Released a bad prisoner

  • Save a Prisoner (If he is hostile). Third cell at second floor from bottom is hostile.
Level 7: How It Went Down

  • Take Tupo's and Miguel's Bases - Achievement will unlock at the end

Managed to move all stuff from police station

  • At the beginning, hire a vehicle from garage and move all of the drugs (I had one left and still got it)
Level 9: Wholesale
Bookworm
Taught producers

  • Train your producers with books (2 should be enough).

Piss off
Distracted Big L too much

  • Try to sell without having enough of the product a couple times.

Green lover
420 packs of green

  • Have 420 greens.

Locked Wallet
Got rid of lots of stuff

  • Clear the greens from storage with “clear” button (approximately 350 batches).

Blockhead
Didn't share with Sid

  • Refuse Sid at the end.
Level 10: A Stoned ♥♥♥♥♥'s Plan
Simple
Found Seed on a first try

  • Find Sid at your first guess (fourth one from right).

Superjunkie
Upgraded to superjunkies

  • Train all of your junkies to superjunkies. There are more junkies who can join you at Miguel's Head Office. You need to train others too.
Level 11: Tupo Must Finally Die

Now you know what is Tripak Atshkur

  • Story related, cannot be missed. You will get it at the end.
Level 12: The Final Fight

Removed a bunch of Investor's servers
  • Sell the servers when you are in control of buildings. Achievement should be unlocked when two buildings left.

I am not sure, since I did not encounter this problem. Other people did not tell me but I can see from their profiles, they were able to unlock this achievement.

By "later" do you mean that at the next levels? or during a replay?

Some people had problems with that achievement but I do not know what is the problem. However, all of the people who have asked this question was able to unlock it later.

I have a problem with achieving "Skilled Hustle". I put Kenny on the sale of the product, he sells 3, and then 5 pieces of staff, but I don't get an achievement
