About this
This is a guide for those who want to play with keyboard & mouse. Initially this was a note for myself as I usually just play this game on my laptop without picking up my controller, but I figured it might be helpful for some steam players.
Hopefully this guide will help you figure out what's going on with the keys.

I still recommend that you get a compatible controller to get the original PS2 gaming experience.

Basics
Use arrow keys to scroll.
Use mouse left & right click to confirm or cancel.
These keys are the default unchangeable keys that should work even if you messed up your bindings.
To the Keyboard Settings
In the first screen, press Keys:Q to open the options menu : Steam -> Control Settings.

If for whatever reason the Keys:Q button doesn't work, you can scroll right to the TERMINAL volume in first selecting screen with arrow keys, enter by left click, select SYSTEM and go to Steam -> Control Settings.

Inside the Keyboard Settings, you can select and change your key bindings with arrow keys & mouse left or right click.
Understand the keys
In this game, there are:
- Three sets of directional keys. The movement keys, camera keys, arrow keys.
Default : Movement keys (WSAD)
Default : Camera keys (OLK;)
Default : Arrow keys
Movement keys will work most of the time, but under mini games like the trap box, you will need to switch to the arrow keys on your keyboard.

- Three sets of trigger buttons. LB, RB; LT, RT; L, R.
Default : LB RB (C, F)
Default : LT RT (Ctrl, Space)
Default : L R (Alt, V)
Rebind them carefully because you will need to use them. (Skill trigger keys LB RB, etc)

- XYAB buttons
Default : (Q, E, Enter, Backspace)
Highly recommend that you rebind them, or as least rebind the XY.
For AB, you can get away by using the mouse's left/right buttons.

- BACK, START buttons
Default : (Z, ESC)
Note that the BACK (Z) button is one of the special keys to exit the game in first selecting screen.
Extra Tips
My personal suggestion
- Map the trigger buttons LB, RB to Keys:Q,E.
These are extremely crucial as they are the skill trigger buttons. With WSAD on your left hand, Keys:Q,E are just the left and right buttons above your WSAD.

- Map the XY to Keys:N,M.
Locate them closer to the arrow keys, so when you're doing the trap box, you can get by with memorizing only two keys:N,M.
For the mini-games, the arrow keys and mouse should be at your hand reach distance without feeling like an octopus.

- Map the camera keys (The bottom direction set) to Keys:U,H,J,K, so if you need it, you can remember U=Upper camera.

- The rest of the keys, you can problably keep it as default. They're more easier to get use to. (CTRL, ALT, Space, V, Z)
Key:V, Key:Space are similar to viewport and camera reset button in other ported JRPG game.

Are there any dedicated button for exit game?
No, so the ways to exit the game are:
1) In game, press X to open the game menu, "Logout", then in the OS screen, press BACK button, and a B button in volume selecting menu.
2) Aftering saving the game, ALT + F4.

Trap box mini game, some keys are't working
Use arrow keys on the right side of your keyboard for dpad directions and try rebind XYAB buttons.
If it's AB buttons, use your mouse left and right click.

Hope these information are helpful for you.
Thanks for reading.

You switch targets with the arrow keys (the arrow keys in the keyboard). Had to find this the hard way after I couldn't Hangeki in tournaments.
