Tank - Tank Robot (I don't know how that would work due to not having proper rigs)
Smoker - Giant Pyro
Witch - Femscout Robot, or maybe Scout's Mother Robot.

the only ones that appear is Female scout bot and Scout bot

alright so some scouts are purple and black so missing textures
