I also found some minor visual bugs with Ambient Occlusion and have now ended up shutting it off entirely. For example it just puts a big splochy shadow underneath the main car, even though the car is also casting a proper crisp shadow in a different direction. NVIDIA VXAO was the exact same just darker.

So far the only setting I have not seen any issues at the very highest setting is Shadows. Even Lighting at Highest seems to cause stutter when sparks fly in battle, but I don't notice the issue at High. So if you have a powerful PC those are the settings you would want to increase, and if you had a super powerful computer increase the Resolution % instead of increasing Model LOD or using 4K asset pack (since both of those cause visual bugs).

The other thing worth mentioning is that the TRAM setting at "Highest" is only 4GB, so with most GPU you would at least set that to "high".
