Depois de muitas tentativas de modo de compatibilidade e drivers instalados, os passos a seguir foram os que solucionaram o problema para mim. Nota: Utilizo W10 Pro.
1. Clique com o botão direito do mouse sobre o nome do jogo na sua biblioteca;
2. Clique em propriedades;
3. Clique na aba arquivos locais;
4. Clique em navegar pelos arquivos locais;
5. Na janela que se abrir localize o arquivo ignite.exe, clique com o botão direito do mouse sobre ele e depois em propriedades;
6. Na janela que se abrir, clique na aba compatibilidade;
7. Marque a opção "Executar esse programa em modo de compatibilidade", e seleciona "Windows Vista";
8. Marque a opção "Executar esse programa como administrador"
9. Clicar em aplicar e depois OK.
10. Vá até o endereço https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/physx/9_19_0218/physx-9-19-0218-driver/ ;
11. Execute o download do arquivo e depois instale o mesmo.
Esses foram os passos que resolveram o problema com meu Software/Hardware, pode ser que as características mudem para cada PC, só testei com essas configurações e funcionou. Espero ter ajudado alguém. Abraço T+

After many attempts at compatibility mode and installed drivers, the following steps solved the problem for me. Note: I use W10 Pro.
1. Right-click on the name of the game in your library;
